I'll have more with my preview for the Caps-Islanders game tomorrow, but for now...I'm just kind of in shock.

Here's what you need to do, according to Wikipedia:
• If alone, go for help. If not, send someone to go for help.
• Ensure the patency of your airway and assess your breathing. Position yourself in the recovery position if able.
• Apply direct pressure to any obvious bleeding.
• Cover yourself with a blanket or jacket, but not too thick to cause vasodilation.
• Do not drink; moisten lips if required.
• Prepare to give yourself cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Ask yourself what happened, if you have any medical problems, if you take any medications, if you have any allergies, etc. Provide this information to the ambulance personnel when they arrive.
